You can not recover your 2FA back up key, you will have to reset the 2FA from Cashaa Account.
To activate 2FA on a new phone, download the 2FA app on the new phone, enter the secret code given and which was asked to save during the activation of 2FA in Cashaa account.

We have looked into your account. You have added a 2FA to protect your account. We have implemented the OTP on email (from 26th Dec) to protect your account in case you have not activated the 2FA. Make sure you are entering the right code correct textbox.

I was in the process of changing 2fa on my phone. I sent a support ticket CAS-2-0-2503. Now I can’t get back into my account because it doesn’t recognize my 2fa on new phone. I can’t reply to the ticket cause I can’t log in. Where do I go for help?
