You can not recover your 2FA back up key, you will have to reset the 2FA from Cashaa Account.
To activate 2FA on a new phone, download the 2FA app on the new phone, enter the secret code given and which was asked to save during the activation of 2FA in Cashaa account.

We have looked into your account. You have added a 2FA to protect your account. We have implemented the OTP on email (from 26th Dec) to protect your account in case you have not activated the 2FA. Make sure you are entering the right code correct textbox.

Hello Jeremy, You have to send an email on support@cashaa.com with your selfie and a letter stating that you want to reset 2FA date and sign. Also attached the same ID which you have uploaded in KYC. Regards,Madhavi
