Goo day. I have log a support ticket to assist me to change my account e mail address, as it will expires in 3 months. I got told that i cant change my e mail address and must create a new account with a new e mail address. Which doesn\’t make sense as i can change my cellphone number, my 2FA number and my password, but i am not allowed to change my e mail address. If i open i new account with my new e mail address i wont be able to transfer my locked tokens to my new account, And by the time that my tokens is unlocked my current e mail address wont work anymore. Which means i will now also be unable to access my current account. So it is a bit of a catch 22. Every Bank, or Financial institution or exchange allow you to change your e mail address. Except Cashaa. And i am fully verified as well. If i can get sum feedback it would be much appreciated. Kind Regards Willie
We are sorry about your inconvenience. Yes, it’s true that the existing system does not allow us to change email. We have a new product under developer releasing in April with all the classic mistakes done. Meanwhile, I can check with the team to see how we can solve your issue.
