Locked out of wallet

I was in the process of changing 2fa on my phone.  I sent a support ticket CAS-2-0-2503.  Now I can’t get back into my account because it doesn’t recognize my 2fa on new phone.  I can’t reply to the ticket cause I can’t log in.  Where do I go for help?

Hello Jeremy,
 
You have to send an email on support@cashaa.com with your selfie and a letter stating that you want to reset 2FA date and sign. Also attached the same ID which you have uploaded in KYC.
