I can’t save Account Registration Form because can’t put number for “share percentage”. Please advice.

Please send us the screenshots of the page where were you are facing and issue, through the helpdesk section of your account. The team will look into it, generally, the application process is working fine. For the moment to speed up your onboarding process, we have assigned you, dedicated account manager.
