I initiated a transfer on the 6th of March and the transfer is yet to be initiated by representative Mukesh and “support” (Mukesh)  is not responding and refusing to send my money. Can anyone assist?

Hello, We have made your payment on the 6th March date for 158 euros, but your bank returned the money. Please note that Euro withdrawal is made through SEPA; make sure your bank is in Europe and connected with the Single euro payment area network. Please note that the payout fee is 5 euro and 10 euro for incoming payment. The returned transaction will be considered as incoming payments and will be charged accordingly.
