Hi,
I transferred my CAs ERC20 tokens to Cashaa, did the SWAP and sent them to a Cashaa wallet.
I confirmed the SWAP address and then activated my BNB BEP2 wallet.
I still see a 0 balance on my BNB wallet, how long will it take for me to see my tokens?

Dear Hacene, Thank you for contacting Cashaa. The users who have completed the swap process correctly and still didn’t receive the swap tokens then may be they have not completed there KYC tier 1 and tier 2.
Please help us with your register email ID so that we can check your account.
