I can’t log in.
I changed my password, but I can’t log in.
What should I do?

Please wait for a few hours and change it again. Please note entering your password wrong more than 3 times will deactivate your account. In case that happens to send an email request to support@cashaa.com with your KYC documents submitted to verify your identity and activate it back.
