We are looking for an ambitious person who wants to make a difference in the world.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients’ business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based on this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients’ data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Dialogue with our clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
  • Analyze clients’ data and provide strategic recommendations to clients
  • Able to help to solve customer queries coming through tickets/email or phone.
  • Prospect for new sales leads and close sales

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ of client relationship experience (Preferred in banking)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill in the English language.
  • Knowledge of Cryptocurrencies or Banking.

Salary: 450- 1250 Euro (Base+ Bonus) The slab based approach helps our RMs to balance their personal and work life without putting them directly into a pressure to always achieve a higher target.
