How to send/withdraw Crypto currency from your Cashaa account : Step by step Video Tutorial
1. Log in to your Cashaa account. Once you’ve logged in, click on the [Account] tab on the left-side of the screen.
2. Scroll down and search the cryptocurrencies you wish to deposit and click on [Send].
3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw in the Amount field. Select the Network Type and if required enter the MEMO/TAG as well and click [Continue].
*Note : Make sure to double-check if a MEMO is required or not. If a MEMO is required and you fail to provide it, you may lose your funds. Note that some platforms and wallets refer to the MEMO as Tag or Payment ID.
4. Select the Recipient and if you’re satisfied with the details, click [Confirm and Send] to confirm the withdrawal.
5. A “Security Verification” popup will then display. Enter your password to complete the security verification. It’s recommended that users enable this security check to keep their account safe.
6. Confirm the verification email sent to your email address by clicking [Confirm withdraw].
7. Your withdrawal will be processed on the same working days.
