We initiated the migration to the Binance chain following a community decision. So far more than 50% tokens in circulation have been Swapped successfully.

The decision to do the SWAP was taken by the community through public voting, according to CAS token governance model. Every holder had a fair chance to voice their opinion in favor of or against the SWAP. Cashaa Holding OU is respecting the verdict and rules as per token agreement and has given 180 days to complete the SWAP, it is a responsibility of each holder to complete the SWAP on time. All unclaimed tokens will be considered as lost tokens and will be burned to reduce the supply on 15 Jan 2020 and no claim from any ERC20 CAS holder will be entertained.

If you reported any incidents to us where you lost your CAS tokens (read below, line by line). Cashaa Holding OU does not take responsibility for recovery, this is a voluntary process to help the community but not an obligation.

Case 1: Tokens are present in the wallet but lost the private key :
Recovery chances are higher, if not claimed by anyone by 25th Dec 2019.
Case 2: Sent tokens by mistake to address not controlled by you
Recovery chances are higher, if not claimed by anyone by 25th Dec 2019.
Case 3: Hacked or spammed 
Recovery chances are higher if tokens are not sold to exchange and present at the same address you reported but nobody claimed by 25th Dec 2019.

Process in case you have access to your wallet: Tier 3 KYC is a must for all such users, you have to prove ownership of the wallet by sending a small amount on a given date and address to the helpdesk after 25 December. You will be contacted by the helpdesk if you have informed us about your issue.

Process in case you have lost control of your wallet: Tier 3 KYC is a must for all such users, with a copy of a police complaint that you have lost access to the wallet.

 The last date to report is 31 July 2019. No further extension will be given, if you have been hacked, scammed or lost control of your wallet we expect you must know it by now. A min fee of 100 GBP in CAS, or 25% of funds will be charged from the recovered funds. All such tokens will be distributed on 7 Jan 2020, by reviewing each case by case.
